WHOLESALE REQUESTS:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • Due to the custom nature of my work, I cannot offer any refunds/exchanges.  However,  If you have any concerns regarding your order once you receive it, please email me at theprintedpug@outlook.com to discuss. 
  • Custom Order Mockups: Mockups are included in the price of all custom orders. Mockups are a "layout" of the design to see general placement and to give you an idea of the overall design.  I am only human and although I do my best to be as precise as possible, there may be some slight differences between the physical product and your mockup.  Also keep in mind that all monitors have different colouring and the actual printed products may vary in colour from what you see on your screen.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • I package all ornaments very carefully to ensure safe arrival. In the unlikely event an item arrives broken or damaged, please save the packaging and item and contact me as soon as possible for a replacement. Shipments are insured and I will need photos of the damage and the packaging. 
  • All orders will be shipped to the address that is entered. Please double check this address before submitting an order. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address I will reship at the buyer's expense.  Moreover, any Return To Sender Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given due to an incorrect shipping address, so please, please make sure the address shown during check out is the correct address.
